Бунт или лояльность? Влияние войны 1812 года на понимание патриотизма в отечественной политической мысли

Проблемы патриотизма приобретают исключительную актуальность в современном мире, в котором процессы интернационализации политики и размывания национальных культур предельно обостряют вопрос о доверии к государству. В статье я характеризую концепт «легитимность» и рассматриваю роль понятия «патриотизм» в различных моделях легитимации (или делегитимации) верховной власти. На основе историко-политического анализа я показываю, что осмысление роли и национального значения Отечественной войны 1812 г. послужило стимулом формирования дискурса патриотизма в российской социально-политической мысли, в котором центральное место занимает проблема поддержки правительства. Разграничение понятий «отечество» и «государство» принципиально изменило модель легитимации власти, сделав возможным противопоставление национального интереса и интереса верховной власти и поставив задачу рационального обоснования политической лояльности.

Riot or Loyalty? War of 1812 Impact on the Understanding of Patriotism in Russian Political Thought

The problems and of patriotism its discourse are acutely relevant in modern world and especially in contemporary Russia. Globalization and blurring of national exacerbate a crisis of state's credibility. In my article, I gave a brief overview of the "legitimacy" concept representation in political science. In this term I have considered the role of "patriotism" in various models of legitimation (or delegitimize) of public authorities. On the basis of historical and political analysis I have shown how conceptualization of national significance of the Patriotic War 1812 in the Russian social and political thought had inspired a discourse of patriotism as a central problem of government support. Thus, I have analyzed content of the Fatherland and the State concepts in Manifestos of Tsar Alexander I since the initial to final stage of the 1812 Patriotic War. I have compared those concepts understanding by official Russian authorities with discourses of the Fatherland and the State in Russian public consciousness in the 1820s, in the early 20th century, and in our time. I conclude, after 1812, the differentiation of the Fatherland and State concepts have fundamentally changed the model of legitimation of power, making possible opposition of national interest and the interest of the supreme power and setting the task of rational justification of political loyalty.
